Please double-check with your credit-card provider.  Sometimes they will hold more than one transaction in Pending status, especially if it took a few tries to complete the transaction. If there is more than one transaction in “Settled” status, please email your credit card statement or other written confirmation to us at info@psshoppe.co and we will gladly review the situation.

Call our office at (877) 868-9074 and one of our sales reps will set up an account for you. We will need your address (cross street), email address, phone number, billing information, restaurant name, tax ID and the name of a contact person. You can also send us an email at info@psshoppe.co with the information listed above and a time when you would like to be called. MUST BE A RESTAURANT OR FOOD ESTABLISHMENT TO QUALIFY.

You can place an order Monday-Friday between 10:00am and 5:00pm by calling (877) 868-9074 or by emailing info@psshoppe.co with your contact information and full order. Orders must be placed 2-3 days before scheduled delivery dates.

Most wholesale deliveries are free, exceptions apply per locations or region, ask your sales rep about free deliveries. All deliveries require a minimum order of $50.

Most of our deliveries to wholesale customers are on Tuesday or Friday, but certain areas have specific delivery days. Please call (877) 868-9074 for more information about delivery days.

For our wholesale program, we only allow restaurants to order 1 to 3 flavors to make it their standard selection after they have conducted a tasting. We will handle all types of marketing such as product displays and marketing materials describing the product(s) selected.

All our payments are handled electronically. Once your account is opened and your billing information is collected, payments will be processed at the moment of ordering.
